Questions
Can I add my logo and colours?
Yes. In Settings › Sales you can add your logo, change the colours and choose which columns show.
Do reminders go out by themselves?
Yes, for invoices you send through TallyPip: by default 3 days before the due date, on the day, and 7 and 14 days late. Change the schedule, or switch them off for one invoice or all of them.
Is there a limit on invoices?
No. Unlimited invoices and estimates are part of the one TallyPip plan.
Do my customers get a PDF?
Yes. Every invoice, reminder and estimate email carries a PDF copy in your look, plus a link to see it online. You can switch the PDF off in Settings › Sales.
Can customers pay by card or bank?
Yes. Connect your Stripe account and every invoice email and reminder carries a Pay now link. Customers pay by card, or from their bank account: ACH in the United States, pre-authorized debit in Canada. Stripe charges its standard fee; TallyPip adds nothing on top.
